Currently set up as a furniture maker’s woodshop, this building is 1,600 sqft of open floor plan, concrete floored potential. Independently heated and cooled with bathroom facilities, a commercial stainless steel kitchen sink and refrigerator, washer/dryer hook ups, there are unlimited options for this space.

Double-sliding doors in front make getting projects in and out a breeze. Tongue and groove pine interior gives a warm cabin-like feel. Transom windows along the raised center roof provide ample natural lighting. With 10 feet to the bottom of the lowest truss and 12 feet to the bottom of the trusses in the center main area, headroom is no worry.

The floor plan is a T-shape, which helps set up special use areas inside. The T-shape also creates two exterior covered patios to help transition from outside to in. There is also an uncovered patio out back, overlooking the pond and woods.

Whether you like work on vintage cars, want to keep bees and have a place to process honey, need a place to ‘get the band back together’, or whatever your hobby, this spot can likely facilitate it.

As part of a separate arrangement, many of the tools and machines in the shop could stay with the shop. Be sure to inquire, if interested.
