This property includes a 14 acre tillable field that has been planted with a rotation of Soy Bean and Corn over the last several years, with an additional 4 acre field to the east cleared last year. This is in addition to a couple of 1 to 2 acre fields that can be used as supplemental pastures or hay fields.

As of November, 2019 an additional 25 acres adjoining this property (outlined in yellow) is Under Contract. available for Development or Tillage (12 acres), or simply additional "buffer zone" or as an additional investment.
